As an artist, you can enable private messaging for your buyers to ask questions regarding your products.
This feature allows your visitors to communicate with you directly and resolve any queries they may have about your products.
To enable this feature, go to your store settings and enable the private messaging option. Once enabled, your visitors will be able to send you messages through the messaging system.
This feature ensures clear communication between you and your visitors, resulting in a better buying experience for them.
