Understanding the different user roles and permissions, including Artists

There are four different user roles on the Gifted Platform, each with different permissions and capabilities:
– Users
– Instructors
– Artists
– Admins. 

All users have a visible badge on their profile page indicating their role. 

Users can join classes, share information on the platform via the timeline and profile, message with other users, and participate in forums and groups.

Instructors have all the same capabilities as users, but they can also create classes and message with their students.

Artists have all the capabilities of users, but they can also create an Artist space where they can showcase and manage their products. They can create and manage products, as well as chat with potential buyers and answer questions about their products.

Finally, Admins have all the capabilities of the other roles, but they also have additional permissions to manage the platform.

It’s important to note that each user role has specific permissions and capabilities on the platform. While all users can join classes, share information on the platform, participate in forums and groups, and message with other users, Artists have additional abilities to create and manage products and interact with customers. Admin users have full access to manage the entire platform, including user roles and permissions, as well as any technical aspects of the site. 

Understanding these user roles and permissions is crucial for effectively using the Gifted Platform.
