Sending a message to an Artist to express interest in purchasing a product is easy on the Gifted Platform. Once you have found a product that you are interested in, click on the product to view its details. On the product page, you will find a button that says “Ask a question.” Clicking on this button will allow you to send a private message to the Artist.

In the message, you can express your interest in the product and ask any questions you may have about it. The Artist will receive your message and can respond directly to you through the messaging system. You can continue to communicate with the Artist until you feel comfortable making the purchase outside the platform.
