Project Management and Entrepreneurship – 35 ac. hrc.

After completing the course, you will know the basic ways of organizing a (project) business, you will be able to analyze and evaluate the (project) business environment, you will be able to creatively generate business ideas and use them to create your own business; you will know the principles of business planning and risk management, you will be able to choose business financing sources, you will be able to prepare a business plan, assemble a team, actively and creatively work in it, establish connections and cooperation.
